The case of 3R Metals clearly expresses Promea’s value proposition for companies.

 

3R Metals (www.3rmetals.com) is a spin-off of the University of Cagliari, born in 2008 to develop research activity about effective and eco-compatible ricycle of noble metals coming from hi-tech discard (car and chemist catalyst, pieces of electrical and electronic devices..etc).  

 

Promea supplied 3R Metals with a very structured activity aiming at increasing an innovative business idea, overcoming the managerial lacks existing at the moment of constitution. A growth path was established in concert, considering strategic, financial and operative issues, and the necessary resources, both quantitative and qualitative, were identified. 

 

Afterwards, Promea supplied administrative and commercial consulting in order to support 3R Metals in the operative program. Particularly Promea contributed, and still now contributes, to manage the relations with scientific and industrial partners, investors and customers. New alliances have been studied to enhance the network around the company. Among 3R Metals there are:
